This 6-week introductory level program is offered to adults 18 years of age and over and is open to anyone.
This highly effective program is clinically proven to help those struggling with the following:
- Stress
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Chronic pain and other medical conditions
Participants will learn to use strategies based on meditation and yoga to manage stress, enhance balance of body and mind, and promote improved well-being and healing.
