This 2-hour virtual workshop with our Registered Dietitian is intended for adults with high cholesterol. Topics that will be discussed include heart disease risk factors, what the cholesterol numbers mean, and diet and lifestyle changes that can help you become more heart healthy.

Participants of this program should have had cholesterol blood work done within 1 year of the program date to allow a heart disease risk assessment to be done.

Prerequisites: Must be a patient of STAR and have recent cholesterol bloodwork completed
