Description:

A weekly, drop-in opportunity to meet and meditatefor those who have some experience with mindfulness practice. A variety of meditations will be offered including: sitting, walking, mindful movement and loving kindness.

 

Runs every Friday excluding holidays and inclement weather.

Requires Physician Referral: No
Prerequisites: Some experience with mindfulness practice
