Patients are also able to get their bloodwork done at the Jenny Trout Centre in Stratford.

The Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (OHIP) no longer covers medical services and procedures that they consider medically unnecessary. Patients are therefore required to pay for any such services and procedures that are performed by a physician.

The following list represents some of the services that can be offered to you at this clinic, as well as their current fee (based on the Ontario Medical Association of Fees). Payment for service is due on the day of treatment unless prior financial arrangements have been made with our office.

Prescriptions for medication are written by your doctor. If you have a question about your medication, please call the office at 519-655-2322. Be sure to have the prescription label handy to reference during the call. For prescription renewals, please have pharmacy fax a request to your family doctor.

Referrals to specialists as physicians deem necessary and appropriate.

There are currently no resident physicians at this location.

Patients are notified of all test results either by phone or email.
